Ryohei
Return to Edo. That is the theme of Sengoku, which has been rebranded this year.
We were served the first sake of the rebranding. Although it is a standard sake, it is hard to obtain now. As a fan of SENKYO, I could not miss this special version.
I was nervous when I opened the bottle. It has a citrusy taste, which is typical of Sengoku, but it is different from the modern fast brewed sake, which is made from the traditional sake yeast.
It is a super fresh sake as it is a nama-shu (directly pumped) and is made with Yamadanishiki and Omachi.
I read somewhere that it also gives the impression of the classic innocent so far.
I am looking forward to drinking all of them.
I have a feeling that I will love Sentori from now on.
Thank you very much for your hospitality.
