It has been a long time since Mutsu Hachisen. It's been a while since I've had Mutsu Hatsusen's autumn sake with the Midori label.
It's a refreshing autumn sake among the ones I've had recently.
It is fruity and has just the right amount of sweetness and spiciness 😋.
It's stable deliciousness 😚.
I enjoyed it with some chanja I bought in Tsuruhashi .
