Omachi Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu
It is rare to have a sake from Ibaraki Prefecture at Tabei.
This Morishima is a combination of Omachi and No. 14 yeast.
It is beautiful and has no harshness.
It is sharp and has a clean aftertaste.
For some reason, Morishima's Omachi does not feel like Omachi.
My memory is not so clear from this area.
