Takashimizu may have been the first Akita sake I drank decades ago.
It might be the first Akita sake I ever drank.
When I went to Akita for work and had a drinking party
I usually got a bottle of sake, either at room temperature or warmed up.
When it was still called "first class sake" or "second class sake"😅
Of course, I often had a hangover the next day😅.
It's become a much more beautiful sake...
I was reminded of Tarumatsu in Ueno.
