うぴょん(豊盃こそ至高)
Grape Variety/Ingredient: Gohyakumangoku
Taste: Dry
Strength (%): 15.0
I bought this as a souvenir on a trip to Gunma. Compared to Otokoyama, which I drank earlier, this sake is less dry. This sake is more like drinking water than rice. Of course, the aroma of rice is wonderful, but the water is even better. Although it is dry, it is lighter than Mutsu Otokoyama, and the taste of the water makes it one that you can drink as much as you want.
