Edobari Sengoku, and the best tasting one is definitely Sengoku Classic. I felt the same way with the Zero, but this Ichi Shiki is also very tasty.
It has the citrusy fruity taste that is typical of Sentori, but it is just right and not over-emphasized.
It also has a wild taste derived from Kame-no-o, or a flavor that is not sweet, which marries with the acidity and oligarami to give it a unique taste.
I think this is a masterpiece of Sentori's new frontier, a perfect system with just the right amount of umami sweetness and just the right amount of citrusy fruity flavor. I want to drink this sake forever, and I love it very much.
If I see it again, I will definitely buy it and look forward to the next one.
