The supernatant is slightly gassy and slightly acidic, but drinkable without habit.
When lees are involved, the bitterness becomes a little stronger, but it's still very clean and unctuous, so it can go with anything 🤔.
On the second day, the original sweetness and umami of the rice is more pronounced, which is why I personally prefer this one!
