The soft rice aroma and mild sweetness typical of Junmai Daiginjo are very nice. It is fresh, but also sweet and has a wonderful flavor that fills the tongue. It is served in barrels directly from the brewery. Cheers to being surrounded by seafood in a relaxed atmosphere!
