I drank some Senkou Yukidaruma on New Year's Eve, which I had saved for New Year's, and waited until today to buy it at a nearby Yamaya.
The top nose has a slight scent of alcohol, but it is not unpleasant.
In the mouth, it has a refreshing sweetness. There is a slight bitterness and a slight sourness in the aftertaste. There is a slight astringency at the end. The sharpness is good.
There was no data on this sake at Sake-no-wa, so I was worried about what kind of sake it would be, but this one was right on the money.
