Yonetsuru's sparkling nigori, which was delicious last year at this time of year as well.
The strong effervescence made me open the bottle carefully. It has a refreshing, shrieking sensation, like a rice cider. It has a mildly sweet and slightly bitter aftertaste. A perfect bottle for an early summer evening.
