The cork flew off like champagne.

The taste is sweet and refreshing, just like Kangiku. Delicious.
After about two days, the acidity weakens and the taste mellows out a bit.
The taste is more mellow after two days, and the oli (rice cake) is also mixed in.
It is also delicious.
I would like to try the white one.
