The sake I got at a hot spring inn in Aizu was so good
I went to the sake brewery in Aizuwakamatsu and bought it.
The person of the shop is kind, and the old-fashioned store is also favorable ^ ^ ^.
I decided on this Junmai Ginjo because it was described as having a clean taste. It has an aroma like melon and a refreshing taste. The second day is even more delicious, as the sharp corners disappear. I tried to talk about it in an amateur way. LOL!
Fukushima has a lot of good sake! Let's go there again!
