Sourced from the brewer Kuheiji, light nigori
The aroma is of vinegar and alcohol 😗.
There is a hint of banana-like sweetness, but the overall taste is clean! The sake is clean and gentle from the first sip to the aftertaste! (Not so much orizumi, is it?)
I failed to make a reservation this year, but I had a chance to buy it! Thank you very much 🙇.
