Isshaku-Suisei Special Junmai Ryoshin
It is so mild on the palate that you would expect this from a special junmai. I tried a junmai ginjo that was so good that I decided to try a special junmai, and it was so good that I decided to stick with this one from now on!
If there is a special junmai and junmai ginjo, I highly recommend this one.
