Tenbi純米大吟醸 播州愛山
たろけん
Yesterday, we opened this bottle.
It is the third Banshu Aizan from Amami, which we have not had for a while.
My impression was that it was a little different from the sake I had imagined, as it was not very Amami-like, nor did it give the impression that the Aiyama was on full display.
While it still had the grape-like taste and slight bubbly sensation common to Amami, it was less sweet than the second Hiroshima Senbon Nishiki, and not as sweet as the Aizan from Genmai that I drank before this one, making it a delicious sake with a flavor that I had not imagined.
I regret a little that I should have opened the bottle a little earlier and compared it with the two mentioned above.
