I went to Takeyoshi Sake Brewery, a 10-minute drive from my house.
I bought a modern type of sake that you don't see in sake stores and an amazake that is rumored to be the best amazake in Japan!
The aroma was very nice, probably because it was made with white malted rice, and the body was not too sweet and refreshing, but it had a firm body and was easy to drink!
Amazake is really serious!
Let's go back to replenish both of them!
