ムヒーン
Nara Prefecture's only sake brewing rice promotion variety, "Rohafu" was once discontinued due to difficulties in cultivation, but it has been revived through the efforts of farmers throughout the prefecture. It is a crossbreed of Shirakuro and early Futaba, and is characterized by a heart white that is larger than that of Yamadanishiki, but it is a very unique rice that absorbs water very quickly and is difficult to process.
