BrubeckShimono tasted Nikko sake.
It has more than enough umami, but the aftertaste is clean. I think it has an exquisite balance.
It was a truly delicious sake, and you could sense that it was made with great care.

It was an unfiltered, raw sake, but it had a crisp, refined aftertaste and the umami was perfect. I think it is delicious without any flattery.
The price may be a little expensive 😅
