It has a faint ginjo aroma and a strong sweetness. There is a lot of umami, but the sweetness is stronger than the umami. The sweetness and umami continue softly to the aftertaste, leaving a gentle and subtle aftertaste. You can feel the flavor of the rice for a long time. It may be preferred as an after dinner sake. It is delicious.
