This is an original brand of collaboration between Sakamoto Shoten and Suzuki Noen, a sake rice farmer.
The rice used is Kitashizuku from Date, Hokkaido.
It has a strong and dense flavor with a strong acidity that is typical of a traditional sake brewery and maturing.
You can enjoy a good sense of maturity and bitterness and spiciness, but your taste may vary.
It is easier to drink after a few days after opening the bottle, but it does not seem to suit my partner who likes sweet and clean.
