Nanka Yokai
The aroma is very characteristic. Fruity and gorgeous. The mouthfeel is gassy and refreshing, like cider.
This may be the first sake I've ever had that caught my attention with such an aroma.
I'm going to buy IDEHA! I bought this Haruka in Ibaraki before I went back home.
When I mixed it with IDEHA, the rich sweetness and acidity of IDEHA was blended with the fragrance and freshness of the flower label, and I thought, "This is just as good as IDEHA!
