We were knocked out not only by the iron-like hot spring water, but also by the nostalgic and tempting hot spring town, which is gradually attracting new and fashionable stores, and decided to spend an unscheduled overnight stay.
We purchased a bottle of sake at a sake brewery located in such a wonderful hot spring town, just a short walk from the port where a quiet father keeps a store.
It was described as a sweet-tasting, deep, unadulterated sake, and the aroma was just like sake, but without the weird sweetness. The second and third sips are better than the first. It is a good sake for a mealtime drink. 70
