It is a 1:1 blend of Junmai Daiginjo brewed with 50% Omachi polished rice and Junmai Ginjo brewed with 55% Hitanishiki polished rice.
Although the alcohol content is 15%, it is blended into a pure sake.
The aroma is like that of a fruit parlor, with a hint of freshness in a calm atmosphere. When you drink it, it is light and clear with a rich flavor that lingers in the back of the nose.
It leaves a sharp, dry taste.
The sharpness is very good, and you can feel the extraordinary brewing ability of this brewery.
