I thought it was this year's Prototype 5, but it turned out to be last year's Prototype 4. I thought it was this year's Prototype 5, but it turned out to be last year's Prototype 4. Last year's Prototype 4 was very delicious with a mellow and complex flavor, so I was looking forward to drinking the new Prototype 4. I heard that Prototype 4 made with acid base sake yeast does not change much over time, but it seemed more acidic than the last year's sake.
Still, it is very tasty and you can taste the complex flavor of the rice despite the low alcohol content.
