Nose:
The nose is gentle and full.
Melon, yellow apple, steamed rice, cream cheese, cashew nuts, chestnuts, yoghurt and prosciutto.
Taste:
The attack is rather strong, with a good sweetness. The palate is slightly sweet with a round acidity and a hint of gas, leaving a delicious bitterness. Medium-full bodied and creamy. The finish is rather long.
Impression:
This is a thick and creamy sake with a fruity melon flavor and a mildly full aroma from the nascent yeast.
