Purchased for this year's year-end offering.
This was the first time for me to compare the sake from Araubashiri to Seme, including other sakes, but my impression was that they were all delicious. I could tell the difference if I compared them, but I don't have the knowledge to describe the differences well...
I think it went from fruity to light, but I'm not sure if that's right or not. I am sure it is delicious, so I would like to spend the end of the year with Senkyoku as a learning experience.
