Matsu no Tsukasa made a good impression in last year's hanpukai. The bottle was opened with high expectations. Mild aroma of grain, bitterness followed by umami, full-bodied and robust. When we quickly warmed it up, it became milky and acidic, with a sweetness and richness that we really liked. I kept it at room temperature, which is taboo, to enjoy heated sake, and it was a delicious sake that I prefer heated.
