It is made from Yamada Nishiki produced in Kurodasho. It is slightly foamy when the bottle is opened. It has a freshness rather than a mellowness, as is typical of nama-shu. It is a kuheiji, but it has a refreshing feeling, so it is delicious with a meal or a luxurious meal.
It has a light nigori color that is easy on the eyes, and is a taste of spring.
