657 is said to be the origin of the No. 7 yeast with a rice polishing ratio of 65%. This sake is a standard type of Kaze no Mori and is said to be a balanced sake.
It has the characteristic Kaze no Mori schwarziness, yet it is not too sweet.
It has a champagne feel to it!
