Aged sake of H27BY, Yamabuki. Tasted warmed.
Although it has a sake strength of +11, it has a natural sweetness that is probably derived from amino acids, etc., and the aroma of maturity spreads slowly.
Although it is labeled as a food sake for advanced drinkers, the bar is not that high. Perhaps it is because I drank Gikyo first, but I think Gikyo is more selective. I can drink both.
