As expected, it is sweet and juicy, but the acidity is rather strong. The acidity is rather strong, and it feels like it squeezes your throat from the middle! (That may be the reason why it feels so sharp!)
It also has a rich aftertaste 😁.
I've never had much sake from Shiga prefecture 🧐....
