When we opened the bottle, the aroma of the banana, the tingling sensation, and the astringent taste were very sharp.
On the second day, the aroma, sweetness, spiciness and astringency were well-balanced, and I was very satisfied with the taste. You can go out with me if you like! And to taste it!
In this series, there are only a few Junmai-shu and the main ones are brewed with brewing alcohol. The taste of the sake is probably adjusted by adding brewed alcohol and fine tuning to achieve the ideal taste. It was a brewery that I have never been able to find a brewery that was to my liking. This time, it's one I want to keep up with!
