ミーケ
I drank a sake from Fukushima Prefecture that I purchased at a Tohoku products exhibition.
It has the unique sweetness of a ginjo, but not too sweet, and the saltiness is exquisite.
The slight bitterness and schwarziness in the aftertaste is elegant and keeps you drinking.
It was a very delicious sake.
