So I'm drinking Makiage again (greetings).
This time it's a casual modern Junmai sake!
Itadakimasu, served in a snow-cold usuhari glass...!
The aroma still has a bit of an "alu" feel to it.
However, it is a little more subdued than the previous two bottles!
The taste is...strong!
The sweetness comes first, and then the umami is also thick!
Is the acidity weaker than the other two? Or almost none!
And then it finishes with bitterness, which leaves a unique aftertaste!
Personally... it's not undrinkable, but it's a little bit out of my taste... It's different from the impression of the last one I drank.
I'll enjoy to see how it changes with temperature changes!
