I bought it as a souvenir from a golf course in Katsunuma. It is refreshingly sweet and has a sharp taste. But there is a bit of bitterness. It is not rich. Is it a typical Miyamanishiki flavor? It is a good sake for a meal. It is not enough to be satisfied with sake alone.
It tastes like a souvenir.
