The mornings and evenings are starting to feel more like autumn 🌃
It's the time for hiyaoroshi and autumn harvest. ☺️
Well, tonight...I opened a bottle of Senkori Senko-hanabi 🎇 yesterday and it was so delicious that it was gone in no time, so I'm going to have a second bottle 😏.
This is 💁Autumn breeze 🍂 from my favorite, Ko no Tsukasa, Aichi Prefecture.
When you open the bottle, you can smell the fruity aroma of matured apple or pear 🤔.
When you take a sip, you can taste the matured rich sweetness, then the umami that comes slowly.
...but I wonder... 💧.
It's a little peculiar, like it doesn't have any character 😅.
It's not at the level of "I can't stop" like the sparkler I was drinking earlier 😭.
I thought I'd try it in the fall too 😞 because it tasted so good in the spring and summer.
But I'm hoping for a change in taste, so I'll see you tomorrow ❗️

Hmmm... 😟.
