Another sake from a brewery I had never seen or heard of.
There is a Kagura (Kagura) in Kyoto that reads the same, but it is a completely different thing.
Kagura Special Junmai Sake
Slightly aged aroma. It has a firm flavor and a solid sense of maturity. I had an image of a dull color with an old sake feel.
I checked on the internet and it seems to be aged for a year in a fire-roasting process.
I guess this brewery doesn't make too much of it.

I found a place that does mail order for Kagura, but I don't have anything else I want, and Yumemado is a different store, so it doesn't work 😅.
