I received a bottle of this.
It seems to be a sake made in collaboration with a painter in Niigata.
It has an aroma that I've never smelled before in sake.
Slightly smoky. A bit smoky, almost bran-like.
The taste is a little more acidic. Apple-like.
The aftertaste is refreshing.
