3. hiyaoroshi of Chiyomusubi. It has a gorgeous mouthfeel with sweetness and umami, and the strong rice gives it a strong, dark flavor. The aftertaste is not too strong, but there is a sense of sake-like alcohol. Strong rice, 50% junmai ginjo, about 1,700 yen, Nakazawa Sake Brewery in Yachiyo.
