It is not a heavy tasting sake, but very easy to drink. It is easy to drink, but it is still a sake brewed from a traditional sake brewer's yeast. It has a complex and rich taste.
All NIIDASHIZEN SHUSHU products emphasize the good points of the sake and remove the bad points. This one is especially rich and full-bodied. I like it very much!
The taste is strong but fruity, the sweetness is strong but not sticky, and the aftertaste is deep and rich.
Quite a favorite, delicious.
