Hana-no-Mai Sake Brewery, established in 1864, is located in Hamamatsu City, Shizuoka Prefecture.
The name "Hana-no-Mai" comes from a traditional dance performed in the Tenryu River system to pray for a good harvest.
Hana-no-Mai Sake Brewery makes sure that all the elements involved in the brewing process come from Shizuoka Prefecture, using locally grown Yamadanishiki rice and groundwater from the Southern Alps for the brewing water.
