The aroma is reminiscent of the gentle sweetness of Yakult and refreshing acidity. The modest sweetness of the rice, the firm carbonation, and the pleasant lactic acidity all come together to make an already fine saké sour.
It seems to go well with strong dishes. Chikuzen-ni was just right.
