I like dark tasting sake.
Here's a sake that's going into my favorites 😍.
Hanaboe's Mizu-Hashiroshi O Mizu-Hashiroshi
It's a kind of kijoshu because it uses mizu-hashiroshi sake for brewing.
It has a very rich sweetness, with a slight caramelized taste, a hint of sourness, and a long sweet aftertaste.
It was a great sake to enjoy by itself!
It is fire-brewed and has a strong flavor, so I didn't notice any change in taste even after a week!
