Kuheiji bought for New Year's Day
I've had it at an izakaya, but this is the first time I've had it.
It is said to be made with Yamada-Nishiki, a sake made with the utmost care.
As a resident of Hyogo Prefecture, I am very happy!
It was recommended to drink it in a wine glass, so I drank it in a glass.
It is a daiginjo, but it has no persistent ginjo aroma and is a good sake that is easy to drink!
