At Oikawa of sake
When I came to stock up on hot sake for my companion
I knew that tonight's dinner would be sukiyaki.
I bought this as a sake that would be as good as sukiyaki.
It has a mild nigori taste and is mildly bitter.
but the nigori is mild and tempers the sukiyaki.
It softens the sukiyaki.
None of this year's nigori spurts out.
It's a little sad that it's so quiet.
I think it is necessary to have a strong nigori
