The brewery here has many sakes with acidity and flavor.
Andante, for someone like me who gets drunk easily, can be drunk easily, probably because of its low alcohol content.
I felt the acidity and umami in that order.
In the aftertaste, I felt some alcohol on my upper jaw, but it was still sharp. A delicious sake.
The price of 1.8L 2,578 yen is too good to pass up.
