やこぶん
This sake is made with Junmai (pure rice) from Ehime, Japan.
I bought it with a label. These days sake has such a stylish label!
The first sip goes in quickly and it's like water at first.
It only takes a moment, and when you swallow it, the thin, dark rice alcohol sensation lingers long and thin with a good aroma.
It's good for an aperitif or when you want to relax and talk.
It's easy to drink, so be careful not to drink too much.
It's not as powerful as a junmai sake, but it's a good sake that you can feel the stubbornness of the maker in the aftertaste!
That was another good drink today!
