[The 2nd Annual Bishu Competition Grand Tasting
The next drink was 🍶.
Ginrei-Gassan Junmai-Shu Sasarazuki
It has a thin, fluffy rice aroma, a light, refreshing sweetness, followed by a sweet and sour sharpness and a lingering aftertaste.
According to the brewery, the sweetness is enhanced when chilled to a crisp.
This sake won a gold medal in the "Raw Alcohol" category of the current competition!
The system is to select multiple gold award winners in each category, and the first place in each category and the first place overall [Bishu of the year 2024] is decided from among the gold award winners 🤔.
I've had "Gassan" before, but this is my first time to try "Ginrei-Gassan" 😁.
The sweet and sour aftertaste was fresh and I would like to try the brewery's recommended drinking method✨.
It's a [moon sake] with [crescent moon] written firmly on the label 🌛.
