It really tastes faintly like strawberries.
The lovely cherry color and sweet and sour taste are exactly what the name "Harukoi" suggests, a true springtime sake.
It is delicious, and I bought two bottles to my liking.
I drink it like a dessert sake without any snacks.
It might also be delicious with chocolate.
