ちーすけ
I bought this at a nearby supermarket on my way back from a visit to Shizuoka, the home of my wife's grandmother.
I had never consciously bought a dry sake before, so I chose this one.
It is made by the Fuji-Takasago Sake Brewery, and the label states that the yeast used is Shizuoka yeast, which I found out is an original sake yeast developed by Shizuoka Prefecture.
When I opened the bottle, I found that it was dry, but had a hint of ginjo aroma.
The aroma is not strong, but rather subtle.
The drink is light and refreshing, with no alcohol tingling and a light aftertaste.
I was concerned because I thought it would be a dry sake, but it was very easy to drink and very tasty.
I paired it with sea bass sashimi and shrimp snacks.
